Since 2018, The S Home Services platform has been providing comprehensive home services to all the UAE citizens and residents. These home services include cleaning, beauty, maintenance, pest control, personal training, IT services, elderly nursing, child care, physiotherapy, events management, food delivery and more.

Initially, the idea of launching S Home Services emerged from the compelling need for a convenient and quick way to accomplish the daily life tasks and get things done effortlessly, hence, this application acts as the magical solution for working people who are too busy to do the laundry, clean their houses, go to the beauty salon or the gym. Here comes your role as a professional service provider to offer our clients all the services they might need at home. This, in turn, enhances your company’s business and boosts its income.

Where does S Home Services operate?
Our platform serves all the UAE residents in all emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Fujairah).
What are the main service categories available for registration at S Home Services?
The services provided through the S Home Services app and website include Food Delivery, Beauty, Maintenance, Cleaning, IT Services, Anti-germs Services, Pest Control, Health, and Events.
What are the benefits of becoming a service provider at S Home Services?
On registering at S Home Services, your company will enjoy numerous benefits such as:

How to register at the S Home Services platform?
  • Click on the Signup button on the right top corner.
  • Choose your business category.
  • Fill up the form with your company details.
  • Read our terms and conditions agreement and select the checkbox.
  • Click on the Submit button.
  • You will be directed to the payment page. Enter your card details for the payment.
  • After completing the payment, your company will receive its login credentials in their email address.
  • Log in to use the admin portal.
What are the service provider’s obligations?
Please refer to the Terms and Conditions of your service category.
How to get the username and password?
After submitting the form, you will get an email/SMS with the username and password.
How to login to the admin portal?
  • Visit the Login page on shome.ae
  • Enter the account credentials sent to you.
  • Click “Sign In” to open your company’s portal.
Note: If your company is registered under a quotation-based category such as Maintenance, Pest Control, Anti-germs Services, IT Services, My Events, and My Health. You will receive an email with the customer’s request and contact details.
How to add my company’s rates on the admin portal?
For Beauty and Cleaning categories, please follow these steps:
  • After logging in to the admin portal, select “Services Management” from the dashboard.
  • Click “Add New Services”, then select the service category.
  • Select from the list all the services that you can provide at home.
  • Add the prices and click “Save”.
  • Finally, click “Submit for Approval”.
For the Food Delivery category, please follow these steps:
  • After logging in to the admin portal, please select “Restaurant Management”.
  • Choose “Add New Items”.
  • Click on “Add New Category” to enter your menu categories, then click “Save”
  • Enter the menu items details and prices under each category and click “Save”.
If your company is registered under a quotation-based category such as Maintenance, Pest Control, Anti-germs Services, IT Services, My Events, and My Health. You will receive an email with the customer’s request and contact details. Be the first to communicate with the customer and make sure to offer the best quotation.
How to check new orders?
You will receive notifications via email and SMS when a new order is placed for your service. Order details can be found in emails or through the admin portal as follows:
For Beauty and Cleaning categories, please follow these steps:
  • After logging in to the admin portal, select “New Orders” from the dashboard.
  • Click on “New Orders” to view the list of all your orders.
  • Click on “Order Details” to check and proceed.
For the Food Delivery category, please follow these steps:
  • After logging in to the admin portal, select “Food Orders” from the dashboard.
  • Click on “New Orders” to view the list of all your orders.
  • Click on “Order Details” to check and proceed.
How to add the working time slots on the admin portal?
For Beauty and Cleaning categories, please follow these steps:
  • From the dashboard, select “Services Management”.
  • Click “Add Working Time Slots”.
  • Select the days and time when you are available to provide home services and click “Save”.
For the Food Delivery category, please follow these steps:
  • From the dashboard, select “Restaurant Management”.
  • Click “Add Working Time Slots”.
  • Select the days and time when you are available to provide home services and click “Save”.
How to update the company’s profile on the admin portal?
For Beauty and Cleaning categories, please follow these steps:
  • From your dashboard, click on company’s icon on the top.
  • Click on “Account Settings”
  • Click on “Edit Profile”.
  • Edit your company’s details and click “Update”.
For the Food Delivery category, please follow the below steps:
  • From your dashboard, click on “Restaurant Profile”.
  • Click on “Edit Profile”.
  • Edit your restaurant’s information and click “Update”.
